An issues paper outlines a range of issues on which the Commission seeks information and feedback.
You were invited to examine the issues paper and make a submission or a brief comment by 13 December 2021.
The study report was handed to the Australian Government on 29 November 2022 and was publicly released on 13 December 2022.
